Once the shutters are installed, it is important to keep them operating at their best. Thompsons provides a full backup service and give a twelve month warranty on all roller shutters.
Our service department provides a 24 hour, seven day emergency repair service, through our fleet of radio controlled vehicles and fully trained teams. However, as with any quality product, regular servicing and maintenance is a must. Preventative maintenance agreements are an ideal way to make sure roller shutters are regularly inspected and serviced.
