Thompsons Inferno fire rated shutters are also suitable for use in bushfire protection applications. Being a fire shutter with an FRL rating of 2 hours (-/120/-) and 4 hours (-/240/-) it can also apply to BAL ratings up to BAL 40.
Thompsons Inferno fire shutters for bushfire applications are designed to be left in a hold open position and will only close down in the event of a fire, the window shutters are not able to operate as a normal shutters.
